From application submission and offer letter handling to visa documentation, biometric appointment, and final travel preparation — we guide students every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to top European universities.
✅ Step 1: Application Submission
We handle the entire application process on behalf of the student. This includes submitting all required academic documents to the selected university for the chosen course or program.
✅ Step 2: Offer Letter Issuance

✅ Step 3: Visa Documentation
The student must provide: Apostilled or government-attested mark sheets and certificates, A valid passport (minimum 1-year validity), and A Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
✅ Step 4: Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
We apply to the respective government for a Letter of Recommendation (LOR), which is essential to proceed with visa formalities.
✅ Step 5: LOR Confirmation & Biometric Appointment
Upon approval, the government confirms the LOR and assigns a biometric appointment date at the visa center.
✅ Step 6: Tuition Fee Payment
The student transfers the full or partial tuition fee directly to the university’s official bank account as per the offer letter instructions.
✅ Step 7: Biometric & Passport Submission
The student visits the designated biometric centre to: Provide biometric data (fingerprints), and Submit the original passport for visa stamping
✅ Step 8: Visa Approval & Passport Collection
After visa approval, the student collects the stamped passport from the visa center and prepares to travel to the university destination.
